So here we have the daughter of the Grand Head of the Psychonauts and her oh-so-lovely window of dreams. It took me a while to figure out how I exactly wanted her to sit on the window sill (I mean, there are only so many ways you can draw someone sitting in a window.) and then it sort of came down to "okay, what can she be wearing that is different from what she wears in the game but is still like her?" That point became mute when I drew Sasha, of course, but well, this is Lili.
So, yes, a sock and an unlaced boot. How very wonderful. And her classic, over large pigtails.
