I just finished reading Kate Griffin's "A Madness of Angels" which is incredibly awesome and I highly suggest it to anyone looking for a good fantasy book to read.
So anyway, I wanted to draw a picture of Matthew Swift, the main character. It just...didn't turn out quite like I wanted it too. Oh well, I still like it. I tried doing a different facial structure and I'm not sure how well it turned out but there you have it. The electricity turned out freaking epic, though.

I really can't say much about this without giving out major spoilers for the book.
But what I can say is that Matthew died and when he came back to life...he wasn't alone.

That lighting is REALLY cool and I like the way you did the expression and facial structure. I think doing some reflective blue lighting on him would have helped but other than that, this is nice.

I did a little blue lighting but I guess I really should have pushed it further because there's just SO MUCH blue electricity.
